Dirt, dirt, and more dirt work. Weaver & Jacobs has been bringing in truckloads of dirt and working it into the site of the new Coupland Middle School according to the site plan documents. The dirt is strategically dumped, worked, compacted, and then inspected for specific measurements and moisture levels. The construction fence has already been installed and the water fire line will also be installed soon. The construction superintendent shared that the next major phase will be drilling more than 240 piers about 40 feet deep and filling them with steel and concrete.
